Just before we started recording for episode 170, we ended up drifting into some random Transformers chat.

About 2 years ago a guy named Booji on HJU started doign some random fansubs from the VHS RAWS he had in this collection.

In today's episode I sat down with Adam (StaticRift) and Jamie (J-Horror) as together one of the strangest toku shows ever made , 'BAROM ONE'.

This episode was about two kids who can combine into one superhero, a boy who steals money and a REALYL creepy monster that keeps saying 'finger' over and over again.

The ever lovely Jamie came down to visit Matty and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to say 'hi' which resulted in us watching MST3K - The Prince Of Space and a ton of other stuff.
Sadly we didn't review the MST3K as I was sick but however the next day we reviewed the 1st two episodes of Excel Saga and ... GOOD GOD ... I forgot how annoying Excel's voice was.

Last year as I was crashing round Matty's student flat, me, him and his flatmates got together and recorded this little rant.
We watched all 5 parts to the new Transformers Prime mini series and thought we had to share our views on it.
Cheers again to Oliver, Joey, Heather and Ed for taking part in this. It was awesome.

NOTE: I used the Japanese opening to Animated as I prefer it over the dull sounding opening that is Prime. Actually I prefer Animated over Prime if I'm honest.
Its like watching Overdrive and then realising how good you had it with Ninja Storm.
